Potato Wedges
When I have a little time, potatoes, and hunger....
I just baked these in my miniature oven [I forget what those are called] and put a sheet of foil over the metal rack to imitate a baking sheet. Wash and cut potatoes, toss in oil, salt and season, bake at 450. I didn't have any herbs as the recipe suggests so I just sprinkled the wedges with "21 Seasoning Salute" from Trader Joe's both before and after baking for some extra flavor.
