2 Ingredient "Ice Cream"

For those of you who haven't yet tried banana "ice cream," it's incredibly simple and mind-blowingly similar to real ice cream in texture. So if you don't mind bananas and want an almost entirely healthy frozen treat, I highly recommend this!

Step 1: Peel and slice bananas. (I used 4)
Step 2: Freeze bananas overnight. (I laid them on a plate in individual layers separated with plastic wrap; it makes the mass easier to blend later.)
Step 3: Grab your blender or food processor. Dump in frozen banana slices. Blend till smooth (or, if you like chunks, go ahead and stop a little early.) Make sure your blender is strong enough to crush at least some amount of ice.

Now, if you stop here, you already have 1 ingredient banana ice cream! It'll be soft serve-like in consistency, so if you want it more solid, go ahead and stick it in the freezer. But if you want to add a twist:

Step 4: Drop in a few generous spoonfuls of peanut butter or Nutella. Blend until incorporated.

I used Nutella this time, and it was great! Remember to taste, and keep in mind that flavors will be somewhat weaker when the ice cream is completely frozen. I think next time I might consider adding in some chopped-up candy bars...
